Tel-Com has been a preferred telephone answering service since 1985 for over 1000 businesses nationwide. We have immediate openings for various shifts and positions. Position placement will be determined during interview process.
Our inbound call center handles calls for various clients in a professional, upbeat and friendly manner. Our Customer Service Representatives take calls ranging from order taking, emergency dispatch, appointment setting, customer service, event registration, call screening, call transfer, and more.
This position requires the candidate to be reliable, dependable and on time. Our call center operates 24/7, 365 days a year, including holidays. Candidates must be available to work weekends, including both Saturday and Sunday, as well as holidays. All new hires are considered part-time at 29 hours per week. Must be detail-oriented, adapt quickly to change, defuse difficult or irate callers, multi-task and possess great verbal and written communication skills.
Increased rates for experience and bi-lingual English/Spanish
